lollipop dan sudah tidak sabar lagi menunggu update OTA pada smartphone android Anda yang belum jelas kapan akan diberikan. Jika memang begini adanya, biasanya para pengguna android berfikir untuk melakukan flash custom ROM. Bagi mereka yang suka oprek ponsel androidnya tentu itu bukanlah suatu masalah. Namun bagi Anda yang tak bigitu paham dengan masalah yang beginian tetu akan menjadi masalah besar. Lantas apa yang harus dilakukan untuk dapat merasakan manisnya user interface si Lollipop ini sesegera mungkin dengan mudah?

Sebenarnya saat ini pun Anda bisa menginstal android lollipop 5.0 yang katanya lebih bagus dari kitkat itu, hanya dengan modal pc atau laptop Anda dirumah. Ya benar, Untuk selanjutnya silahkan disimak baik-baik langkah-langkah bagaimana agar pc/laptop Anda bisa diinstal android lollipop seperti penjabaran gledster yang berikut ini.

Sebelumnya harus Anda ketahui dasarnya terlebih dahulu. Setelah menyelesaikan panduan ini, Anda akan dapat menggunakan sebuah emulator Android Lollipop pada PC/laptop Anda. Emulator ini dapat mensimulasikan fungsi dan fitur dari perangkat Android secara tepat pada komputer Anda. Tidak seperti layanan lainnya, misalkan Bluestack, yang hanya sekedar menjalankan aplikasi Android saja.

Hal-hal yang harus disiapkan

1. PC/Laptop
2. Akses internet
3. Android SDK (berupa SDK Manager yang dapat Anda gunakan untuk men-download Android Lollipop dan tool lainnya)
4. Cara instal android lollipop 5.0 di pc
5. Tutorial yang gledster berikan kali ini dibagi menjadi dua tahap, yaitu download/instal file yang diperlukan dan membuat emulator.

Tahap pertama: Download dan instal Android SDK

• Download file zip dari android SDK untuk PC/Laptop Anda (pilih 32/64 bit) disini Android-SDK.
• Extract file zip yang telah didownload, pilih lokasi untuk ekstraksi dan ingat-ingat dimana Anda meletakkannya (misalnya "C: Program FilesAndroid").
• Buka program SDK Manager dan folder android-sdk, dan tunggu sampai loading selesai.
• Jika Anda menemukan bahwa semua item sudah tercentang, hilangkan centang. Dan hanya centang "Android SDK Platform-tools" pada menu tool. Jangan lupa centang juga pada kotak "Android 5.0 (API 21)". Selanjutnya klik tombol Install Packages, accept and confirm the installation. Silahkan tunggu proses download dan instalasi sampai selesai.

Tahap kedua: Membuat android lollipop emulator

• Setelah instalasi selesai, silahkan cari folder android-sdk dan buka program AVD Manager. Tekan tombol Create, maka akan membuka jendela di mana Anda dapat mengatur parameter emulator. Masukkan data seperti pada gambar berikut:

• AVD Name: nama emulator, jangan gunakan spasi (contoh: EmulatoreLollipop).
• Device: pilih template yang tersedia sesuai keinginan, namun gledster sarankan Nexus 5 atau sebelumnya.
• Target: versi Android yang akan diinstal (Android 5.0 - API Level 21).
• CPU: pilih "ARM".
• Skin: pilih "Skin with dynamic hardware controls".
• RAM: gledster sarankan Anda memilih antara 512 atau 1024 (ini akan memakan space dari PC/Laptop Anda, jadi jangan berlebihan atau akan memperlambat kinerjanya).
• Biarkan settingan lainnya tetap dengan nilai default kemudian tekan tombol OK.

Dan sekarang Anda akan menemukan emulator baru dalam daftar AVD Manager sesuai dengan nama yang Anda buat pada langkah sebelumnya. Pilih dan tekan tombol start kemudian tunggu hingga program berjalan. Startup untuk pertama kali membukanya mungkin memakan waktu beberapa menit, karena akan menginstal Android Lollipop. Untuk memilih ukuran, masuk ke Options Peluncuran setelah Start, pilih "Scale to display real size" dan atur ukuran sesuai keinginan Anda.

Selesailah sudah langkah-langkah cara instal android lollipop 5.0 di PC/Laptop Anda. Kini Anda dapat menjelajahi fitur-fitur yang ada pada android lollipop 5.0 dengan PC/Laptop melalui emulator tersebut. cukup sekian dan terimakasih.

Berbicara tentang android, kalau manusia dipaksa bekerja pasti tidak mungkin karena nanti malah daya kerjanya menurun, bahkan bisa kejang2 gua kalian buat hehe. Untuk android, performa turun, tidak perlu khawatir lagi. Ada banyak sekali cara untuk menanganinya.

Berikut ini merupakan salah satu cara yang saya rangkum dari forum-forum dan saya simpulkan jadi satu dengan pengalaman serta pengetahuan saya guna Menambah RAM dan Mempercepat Performa Android.

RAM pada manusia sama halnya daya ingat. Bisa gak ya daya ingat kita ditambah kapasitasnya? Kalau android dinaikkan performanya, pasti kinerjanya jadi oke. Sedangkan manusia? Otak manusia dipaksa berfikir ya nantinya malah ambles.

Triknya sederhana. Install Swapper, Naikkan SD speed, pasang Juwe RAM Script, dan yang terakhir Overclock.

• Install Swapper

Pertama-tama kita mulai dari yang paling sederhana. Install Swapper untuk menambah virtual memory yang berfungsi membantu pekerjaan RAM (istilah lainnya menambah RAM pada android -kata para androiders-). Untuk menginstallnya tidak memerlukan tutorial yang rumit. Tinggal kita download kemudian install lalu buka aplikasi tersebut dan atur sedemikian rupa. Centang active swap on boot < pilih SD Card FAT Partition untuk Swap File Partition < isikan value berapa MB yang akan anda gunakan untuk virtual memory di Swap File Size (Saya 1000MB < 1GB).

• Install SD-Booster 

Kedua install SD-Booster, fungsinya menaikkan kecepatan SD Card dalam membaca/menulis data (R/W). Sama halnya dengan overclock namun ini bukanlah prosesor melainkan SD Card. Cara memakainya, install dan buka aplikasi tersebut. Disitu sudah ada penjelasan bahwa untuk menaikkan speed isikan value didalam kotak yang tersedia antara 1 hingga 8192 namun disarankan menggunakan 1024 atau 2048.

• Pasang Juwe RAM Script

Baik, yang ketiga ini dibutuhkan root untuk eksekusinya. Juwe RAM Script merupakan script pengatur RAM. Ukuran file nya kecil dan fungsinya ampuh sekali. Aplikasi ini cocok dipadukan dengan RAM Manager. Cara memakainya, pertama download file tersebut kemudian ekstrak. Pindahkan file tersebut ke direktori init.d yang berada di folder system/etc. Kemudian rubah permissionnya menjadi rwxr-xr-x. Restart ponsel anda.

Sudah cukup itu saja yang perlu saya terangkan, untuk masalah overclock tinggal masuk ke setting lalu CyanogenMod settings kemudian pilih peformance setelah itu CPU settings. Untuk yang tidak memakai Cyanogen ROM bisa menggunakan aplikasi SetCPU yang tersedia di Google Play. terimaksih telah meluang kan waktu nya untuk blog saya terimakasih bnyak,.,,,
